david jeffery is sponge theory.  he has been a performing percussionist in australia for the past thirty years, in both mainstream and experimental outfits.  sponge theory is his experimental, improvisational side.  after many years of shedding fat, david has now become a minimalist.  he uses a bass drum as his main instrument; played not with the feet, but with the hands.  a true, orchestral experience.
